Tell us about yourself
Hello everyone, my name is Radoslava and I joined the Processand team as an Executive Assistant in June 2022. I am originally from Bulgaria, but for me Munich was love at first sight. I'm obsessed with my morning run. It relieves stress and prepares me for the rest of the day. My running goal for 2023 is a full marathon.
What does your typical day look like?
I am a morning person, and my day starts at 5:15 AM. Waking up before my family gives me an invaluable opportunity to be alone with my thoughts, coffee, and an audio book. When I work from home, I never pass my morning run. On my average day of work, I start the day off by checking my emails then going over my to-do list and getting started on the projects that are on the top of my priority list.
Which Processand values are most important to you and why?
Flexibility
I'm a working mother of two girls, which means I need to balance the high responsibility of the Executive Assistant role together with my life as a mother and a beloved wife. I am able to participate in all the kindergarten and sport events without it negatively impacting my job and adding additional stress.
Individual Responsibility
Everyone at Processand creates their own path and own the work they do. I am happy to work with people for whom the ownership mindset is a key value.
What do you enjoy most in your Execute Assistant role?
I enjoy the diversity of tasks a day brings and even the unexpected challenges it brings. There has not been a single boring day so far, so I am always fully immersed in the work I do. On top of that, I am involved in strategic projects, having the opportunity to work closely with some of the most senior people in the company and being aware of how important business decisions are being made.
How have your hobbies helped you at work?
I love running and long runs are my passion. I always have my endorphin rush from running, and it helps me keep my stress levels low. All the new projects are long runs, therefore, only the most dedicated and consistent runners manage to successfully complete them. I have mastered that and apply it to my work every single day!
When you were growing up, what was your dream job?
When I was 11, I watched a movie about a Hawaiian hotel chain. I was so impressed with the hotel manager that I got a bachelor's degree in tourism management. Do I regret it? Not even a tiny bit, however, that's why I'm very careful with what movies I watch, haha.
What is your proudest moment so far at Processand?
I will be honest and admit that my successful onboarding was my first achievement. The role of Executive Assistant at Processand is a very strategic one, with a high level of responsibility. I will never forget the moment I felt confident with my daily routine.
